Former Beer Store could be destination for your business

Busy Woodstock plaza has 4,400 sq ft vacancy
Versatile zoning creates opportunity; high traffic creates visibility

In residential real estate, you might be willing to pay a little more for a lovely home on a quiet street with serenity and privacy.
In commercial real estate, the opposite is the truth. If you're looking to locate your retail business or office, you would be seeking a high traffic location in a very recognizable plaza or the best block in the downtown.
Currently, our office has a great opportunity with a lease available at the former Beer Store in the Revell Square Plaza at 986 Dundas Street.

As Woodstock's north east residential neighbourhood grows and with the Springbank Avenue road under construction currently for improved traffic flow, the Revell Square is in a prime location at the corner of Springbank and Dundas.
The plaza features an abundance of parking, very good visibility and tremendous traffic. The current inhabitants of the two-building plaza includes a takeout pizza parlour, travel agency, multi-chair hair stylist, dentist and a variety store. It is easy to admit that the previous tenant – The Beer Store – was the anchor of the location, and at the same time there's no doubting the prominence of the Springbank and Dundas geography should attract just about any non-competing business.
The vacant storefront includes 4,450 square feet, tall ceilings and a loading dock. A lot of the refrigeration equipment is still on site as well.

Within one block of the strip mall is a Canada Trust, Tim Hortons, Zehr's, Shoppers Drug Mart, The LCBO, Subway, M&M Meat Shops and . . . McDonald's. Need I say more.
If the size of the store is too large, the owner will consider sub-dividing the unit for a long-term lease.
By the way, if your commercial interest requires 100,000 or just 1,000 square feet, Woodstock can accommodate you. Contact myself (Mark Schadenberg – 519 537-1553) at any time for a discussion about my community and the possibilities.
In the meantime, Lynn Routly is the sales person for the former Beer Store, but it is also MLS listed for all area Realtors to show it.
