Don't be confused about Sally Creek

Bring your family to Sally Creek
By Mark Schadenberg
For the past 10 years or so, a unique subdivision has been quite gradually growing on the west side of Highway 59 in the north end of Woodstock. Sally Creek has an adult-only neighbourhood with high-end bungalow homes, plus a few townhouses with optional lofts. There is a nominal co-op fee and even a recreation hall which recently opened. It's a great concept, but it's not 'family' living.
FOR YOUR YOUNG GROWING FAMILY
Also, for the past five or six years, a popular neighbourhood for families has also been sprouting up west of Highway 59, but on the north side of Lakeview, and it's a family neighbourhood called The Woods Of Sally Creek. There are lots of 2-storey homes and a large greenspace, which will eventually be a city park.
I would certainly hope there is no confusion as I currently have two terrific brand new Mike Dubecki homes in the family section and on Fairway (375 and 379) Road.
Here's a promo for 379 Fairway Rd as it's on open house this Saturday, Nov 10, 2-4 p.m

In Woodstock, consider brand new Mike Dubecki Homes
On the north side of Pittock Lake is where the City of Woodstock is quickly expanding with Sally Creek, Alder Grange and Havelock Corners sprouting up.
Just this past summer, I signed on to represent Mike Dubecki Homes Limited (Based in Brantford; www.mikedubeckihomes.com). Co-listing with Jason Dubecki of Brantford’s Royal LePage Hurley, this quality builder has been constructing houses in the Brant area for more than 60 years.
In Sally Creek, Dubecki has six lots for sale, including the current model home at 379 Fairway Road. The model is an attractive 2-storey with 3 bedrooms. The master includes a cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet and a 4pc ensuite (With large tiled shower and double sinks).
The main floor has a large living room with hardwood flooring, and a spacious eat-in kitchen with a moveable island with breakfast bar, plus ceramic tile and a patio door.
Upgrades in construction are everywhere and include interior and exterior potlights, and a solid oak and wrought iron banister to the second floor.
The property is a premium lot as it backs on to a large municipal park.
If you want to see additional photos and more details of the home, see MLS: 69604 on www.Realtor.ca
The asking price is $299,000.
