Expensive Toronto Condo

The Toronto Star (Reporter was Alison Harness) printed a list of 10 available condo apartments to consider on the current GTA market.
Here is one of them:

My Thoughts
I read a story a few months ago about a brand new condo project in Toronto which was not going to include parking, thereby assuming no owners would own a car and would travel by TTC, or find parking off-site for a lease charge.
In Woodstock, for an investment or to live in to maintain real estate equity, you could buy a 3-bedroom condo apartment for under $140,000. Call me to view at 537-1553.
