Move To Ingersoll dot Ca
Advertising Ingersoll as an Oxford County home
By Mark Schadenberg
INGERSOLL – When the 401 was built, I believe then the
idea was to use it as a freeway for family trips and the odd shopping adventure
to a nearby larger community.
Today, however, the 401 (Macdonald-Cartier Freeway by
1964 essentially connected Windsor to Quebec City) is now a six-lane
thoroughfare in southern Ontario jam packed with commuters who -- perhaps –
work in Ingersoll at Cami Automotive or Woodstock at Toyota (TMMC) – but reside
westward in London or St Thomas, or maybe the other direction in K-W or
Cambridge.
Five builders in Ingersoll have a great game plan. Market
the town and its new home builders to attract the Cami families to live where
they work.
You should visit www.movetoingersoll.ca
or www.ingersoll.ca and learn about the
town, but more importantly acquire background on five home builders who boast
many reasons to live in Ingersoll. BW (Brian) Conn Homes, Doug Tarry Homes,
Gatto, McKenzie and Sifton Properties have formed a marketing bond and are even
offering an IPad draw to be awarded to a lucky family attending an open house
on the weekend of April 13 – 14. The construction quintet has also been handing
out information packages to Cami employees during shift changes.
The websites not only discusses the merits of these
builders and their subdivisions, but smartly does an effective job of promoting
Ingersoll and its amenities, arena, arts, attractions, and other advantages.
You can certainly link to www.movetoingersoll.ca
from the town’s website noted above.
